Leading Self with Others

Leading Self with Others

As organizations flatten their hierarchies and depend more upon teams to make decisions, greater conflict is inevitable as the decision making function is shared. Few supervisors and fewer employees are prepared to function well within such settings, though most are highly motivated to be responsible and successful.

We work with intact teams and leadership teams to improve team effectiveness and maximize performance toward collective goals.  Individuals become more aware of their preferences and their impacts on the team while learning more about their peers and how to leverage differences for the betterment of the team.
