Inclusive Leadership Workshop
Overview
Our Inclusive Leadership workshop is designed to help leaders recognize the unique value of each of their employees and maximize their diverse talent to achieve organizational outcomes.
Leaders will learn how to recognize and manage unconscious bias, understand the business case for diversity, and the value of inclusive leadership. More inclusive leadership will result in increased employee engagement, productivity gains, decreased turnover, and a more inclusive culture.
Who should attend
Individuals in leadership roles who want to increase their effectiveness. Executives and senior-level managers, mid-level or new managers or supervisors.
Delivery format
Face to Face or Virtual: 1/2 day or 2hr (condensed version) workshop with engaging content, individual reflection/application, break-outs and candid group dialogue.
