The Working With Diverse Personalities workshop leverages Everything DiSC Workplace® designed to help employees understand themselves and others to improve working relationships, leverage diverse preferences and improve performance. Anyone in an organization will benefit from this workshop regardless of title or role, to improve the quality of the workplace.
Working With Diverse Personalities is a classroom or virtual workshop that utilizes online pre-work, engaging facilitation with contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience. Participants understand and appreciate the styles of the people they work with. The result is more effective and productive working relationships.
